This is a recreation of Kaze's BLJ (Backwards Long Jump) anywhere code from the original game (it's not the same code, so it behaves a little differently). Similarly to that code, this cheat has two settings: one that requires you to mash A (like a normal BLJ), and a rapid fire mode that lets you hold A instead. Additionally, you can set the power of the BLJ; this adds additional backwards acceleration to make the BLJ more intense.
Due to the way new cheats are added, this patch may cause a merge conflict (and therefore won't be applied) unless you change its index in the cheats menu.
